Upon service request, our team will provide a quote and schedule a convenient time for a technician visit.
We provide a warranty of up to six months for genuine spare parts used in repairs. The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water damage
Mishandling or tampering by the user
Our liability is limited to the scope of repair services provided.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), or other modes specified during service confirmation. Full payment is required upon service completion.
Ensure the availability of the device for inspection and repair during the scheduled visit.
Backup all important data before repair. iCareZon is not responsible for any data loss.
Service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are subject to evaluation and depend on the nature of the issue and the service provided.
iCareZon is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters or third-party delays.
